Conventional manufacturing of composite materials often involves the use of non-renewable resources and the resulting generation of non-biodegradable waste, which further impacts the environmental footprint. The adoption of more sustainable practices in the production of composite materials ensures the possibility of building a better future together.

At Global Composites, sustainability is a defining feature of the solutions we offer for hand lay-up and spray-up processes, which is why we have the first recyclable resin in the entire composites’ industry: EzCiclo ♻️. A system based on 100% recyclable thermosetting resins developed by Swancor that has set a milestone in the manufacture of composites. Specifically, the recommended recyclable resin is EzCiclo ♻️ RH513 HDT 95 – 105ºC, designed for open mold applications, including hand lay-up and spray-up The resulting composite material can be further degraded by the non-aggressive solvent, CleaVER, for enhanced efficiency.
