DESCRIPTION:
Main pumping station for desalination water for the entire Northern Emirates of Dubai.

RESIN USED:
SWANCOR 901 Epoxy Vinyl Ester Resin

PIPE SYSTEMS:
The piping system included main transmission lines (GRP, DN 1200mm), including complex spool to suit and supplied system also included Glass Reinforced Vinylester (GRV) pipes and fittings ranging in diameter from 100mm to 1200mm , with design pressure of 10 bars and stiffness of 1000 N/m2.a wide range of accessories, flexible joints, fittings and joining techniques complemented the system, which included a combination of Fiber Cement Pipes DN 1200mm with the GRP system.
