EzCiclo \u267b\ufe0f is the first system of 100% recyclable thermosetting resins on the market, which means that its carbon footprint is reduced to a minimum compared to traditional materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the first solution on the market that has the major advantage of allowing the composites manufactured through this system to be degraded by reactor treatment and by means of temperature, assisted by the degrading agent, CleaVER, also provided by Global Composites and Swancor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the recycling process of these resins, CleaVER is a key actor as it breaks the polymeric chain of the composite, degrades and dissolves it. This way, the resulting products, a liquid oligomer and the fibers, can be separated for later reuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
