SERVICE:

Most chemical environments consist of acids, bases, salt solution and solvents below 100 C.

RESIN USED:

SWANCOR 901, SWANCOR 905, SWANCOR 907 and any SWANCOR vinylester resins

FABRICATING METHOD:

(1).Pultrusion

(2).RTM

ADVANTAGE:

(1)  High Strength and Light Weight: The density of grating is a quarter of Iron, even lighter than Aluminum. So it is very easy for installing.

(2)  Excellent Chemical Resistance: SWANCOR vinylester can offer most severe environments and easily used at chemical plants.

(3)  Flexible Design and good appearance: The grating can be easily cut to any shape and any color can be specified.

(4)  Insulated and not accumulated water: SWANCOR vinylester and fiberglass can offer high insulation and prevent electric shock.
