Electrolytic Galvanizing Line in Chinese Steel Co. in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

SERVICE:
Hot exhaust with HCl fume and service-temperature up to 80℃.

CAPACITY and DIMENSION:
5 sets of 400 m3/min. fume-exhaust scrubber systems.

RESIN USED:
SWANCOR 907

FABRICATING METHOD:
The structural part of the pipe was built up with filament winding technique with resin rich surface layers on the inner surface.
