Cela d\u00e9pendra du processus de production et des exigences de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<h3>Exemple:<\/h3>\n<p>Si nous fabriquons un r\u00e9servoir d\u2019hypochlorite de sodium \u00e0 18% (NaClO) \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, nous n\u2019utilisons pas de sels de cobalt. Sont\u00a0 incompatibles. Cela raccourcirait la dur\u00e9e de vie du d\u00e9p\u00f4t.<\/p>\n<p>Nous utilisons 100% de dim\u00e9thylaniline + BPO \u2013 98% de peroxyde de benzoyle en respectant les proportions indiqu\u00e9es par SWANCOR.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Octoate de cobalt \u00e0 6% + DMA \u2013 100% de dim\u00e9thylaniline + 55% de MEKP<\/strong>. C\u2019est le syst\u00e8me utilis\u00e9 pour traiter les r\u00e9sines UP et VE.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Octoate de cobalt \u00e0 6% + CHP \u2013 L\u2019hydroperoxyde de Cum\u00e8ne<\/strong>\u00a0est utilis\u00e9 dans les stratifi\u00e9s \u00e9pais pour contr\u00f4ler le d\u00e9gagement de chaleur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DMA \u2013 100% dim\u00e9thylaniline + BPO \u2013 98% de peroxyde de benzoyle<\/strong>. Ce syst\u00e8me de catalyse est utilis\u00e9 dans le GRP anti-corrosion. Les sels de cobalt ne sont pas recommand\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Solutions et probl\u00e8mes de polym\u00e9risation des r\u00e9sines Vinilester \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>PROBL\u00c8ME \u2013 La r\u00e9sine VE a un temps de gel lent.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>SOLUTION A.<\/h4>\n<p>V\u00e9rifiez les proportions de MEKP ou de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration toujours sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1%.<\/p>\n<h4>SOLUTION B<\/h4>\n<p>Si la temp\u00e9rature est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 25 \u00b0 C, utilisez le DMA.<\/p>\n<h4>SOLUTION C<\/h4>\n<div>V\u00e9rifiez si des additifs UV ou des pigments sont pr\u00e9sents. Ils retardent le temps de gel.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h4>SOLUTION D:<\/h4>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>V\u00e9rifiez la temp\u00e9rature ambiante, l\u2019humidit\u00e9, les courants d\u2019air. Ils retardent le temps de gel.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h4>SOLUTION E:<\/h4>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>M\u00e9langer et agiter les composants de la catalyse.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h4>SOLUTION F:<\/h4>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Temp\u00e9rature ambiante basse Jamais en dessous de 15 \u00baC<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>PROBL\u00c8ME: La r\u00e9sine Vinilester n\u2019atteint pas une duret\u00e9 suffisante apr\u00e8s le temps de g\u00e9lification.<\/h3>\n<h4>SOLUTION A:<\/h4>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Examiner les concentrations d\u2019oct. 6% (0,2%) et MEKP 55% (1,5%). Si la temp\u00e9rature est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 25 \u00baC, utilisez le DMA.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h4>SOLUTION B:<\/h4>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>V\u00e9rifiez que le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas \u00e0 la surface. Dans tous les cas, ajoutez de la paraffine dans la derni\u00e8re couche du stratifi\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h4>SOLUTION C:<\/h4>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La r\u00e9sine en contact avec les m\u00e9taux a un effet n\u00e9gatif sur le durcissement.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>PROBL\u00c8ME: temps de gel tr\u00e8s rapide<\/h3>\n<h4>SOLUTION A:<\/h4>\n<div>R\u00e9duisez le pourcentage de DMA.<\/div>\n<h4>Solution B:<\/h4>\n<div>R\u00e9duisez le MEKP \u00e0 1% maximum.<\/div>\n<h4>SOLUTION C:<\/h4>\n<div>Ajouter de l\u2019ac\u00e9tylac\u00e9tone (2-4-P)<\/div>\n<h4>SOLUTION D:<\/h4>\n<div>V\u00e9rifiez la temp\u00e9rature de la r\u00e9sine et la temp\u00e9rature de stockage indiqu\u00e9es par SWANCOR.<\/div>\n<h4>SOLUTION E:<\/h4>\n<div>V\u00e9rifiez si la r\u00e9sine est expos\u00e9e \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re directe du soleil. Respectez les indications donn\u00e9es par SWANCOR.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>PROBL\u00c8ME: \u2013 Tr\u00e8s forte exothermie produisant des fissures ou un blanchiment des fibres.<\/h3>\n<h4>SOLUTION A:<\/h4>\n<div>R\u00e9duire ou \u00e9liminer le DMA.<\/div>\n<h4>SOLUTION B:<\/h4>\n<div>Utiliser des peroxydes de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration ou des m\u00e9langes entre cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration et MEKP<\/div>\n<h4>SOLUTION C:<\/h4>\n<div>Ne construisez pas de stratifi\u00e9s tr\u00e8s \u00e9pais.
