RESIN USED: SWANCOR 901 Epoxy Vinyl Ester Resin for liner layer PIPE SYSTEM UTILITY: Sea Water Intake Lines DESCRIPTION: Jebel Ali "K" Station is the latest in a line of desalination plants to provide desalination water to Dubai. The US$587 Million project combined cycle power & desalination plant will have a capacity of 880 MW and 40 MGPD. PIPE SYSTEM: Sea Water Intake Lines (DN 2000), chlorinating Lines (DN 250), manholes Sections, Intake Risers, and 2.5 KM of GRP Pipes (DN 2000, Stiffness 2,500 & 10,000 N/m2) for gravity application. The system was complemented with a wide range of accessories, fittings and joining techniques.
