RESIN USED:

Primer: SWANCOR 984-M Laminate: SWANCOR 901-FLT Top-coat: SWANCOR 901-PW

FABRICATION METHODS:

1. The surface of the lining metal shall be sand-blasted to Sa 2 1/2 and be free of dirt, oil and water,then followed by a layer of SWANCOR 984-M primer. 2. Smooth the surface by SW 901 putty formulation. 3. Laminate two layers of SWANCOR 901-FLT to form 2.0mm flake anti-corrosive layers. 4. Finally laminate a layer of SWANCOR 901-PW primer.
