SERVICE:

Exhaust and fume containing SO2, SO3 with temperature high to 160-200o C.

RESIN USED:

SWANCOR 900 and SWANCOR 917 as primer.  

CAPACITY:

Two sets of stainless steel scrubbers and Stacks, diameter of stack up to 1.5 m, Height up to 40 m.

FABRICATING METHOD:

1. Surface of stainless steel was sand-blasted to Sa 2 1/2, and SWANCOR 917 primer was applied.
2. Chopped strand mat and woven roving were used to build up thickness to 3.0 mm with SWANCOR 900.
3. SWANCOR 900 was applied on the final topcoat.
