SERVICE:

(1). Lining tanks for concrete: waste water contains HF and other strong acids. (2). Lining for stainless steel tank: waste water contains HF and strong acids.

RESIN USED:

SWANCOR 901, SWANCOR CP-95 as concrete primer and SWANCOR 984M as metal primer.

FABRICATING METHOD:

(1). Lining for concrete: Structure laminate was built up with chopped strand mat after primer (SWANCOR CP-95) had been applied. Surface layers were resin-rich with organic veil. (2). Lining for stainless steel: Structure laminate was built up with chopped strand mat after primer (SWANCOR 984M) had been applied. Surface layers were resin-rich with organic veil.
