The Hull of vacuum deposition in Yacht Plant, it was 20% more strength than hand lay-up Hull, save on about 30% manpower and resin.

RESIN USED

SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 901-V vacuum deposition resin Viscosity is about 250±50cps, lower viscosity and excellent wetting capability.

FABRICATION METHOD

After the mold made in advance was vacuumized, resins immersional wetting was complete. Gel time was about 90min, cure time was as good as longer. After molding, screw thread was fewer than UP resin, strength was obvious increased. HTD was higher than UP resin, thermopositive temperature was bellow 70℃(avoid to destroy the PVC material).
